Delivery

The price of your delivery is included in the cost of your medication.

Once your order has been dispensed by our partner pharmacy, it will be sent to you by next-day tracked courier.

Your Privacy

They will only ever send your treatment in plain unmarked packaging, to ensure full privacy and discretion.

Tracking Your Parcel

All orders are carried by reputable courier companies such as DPD or TNT. Once your order has been dispatched, they will send you a tracking number, enabling you to follow the progress of your treatment as it makes its way to you.

If delivery is unsuccessful, your driver will leave a calling card, requesting you to rearrange an alternative time. If your delivery is not successful after a third attempt, it will be sent back to us, and we will contact you regarding re-delivery.

Next Day Delivery

If your order is approved before 3pm on a weekday, you should expect to receive it the following working day. Orders approved after this time will be sent at the next earliest opportunity.

EU Orders

If orders are returned by EU authorities then we cannot issue you with a refund. Medications cannot be returned for a refund once signed off by the pharmacist and left the dispensing pharmacy. You are responsible for compliance with your country’s laws.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

The following countries are normally guaranteed next day delivery for orders approved before 3pm; UK, Ireland, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic.
