First of all, is it legal?

Yes. All of our orders are reviewed by qualified doctors, registered with the General Medical Council. If they approve your order, they will make out a prescription for you and issue it before your medication is dispensed and sent out. They will not issue a prescription to someone who they think is an unsuitable patient.

Why do I have to undergo consultation? Can I skip this?
Consultations are completed for your own safety, and they cannot be skipped. Our pharmacy has a responsibility to the safety of our patients and will not dispense medication without a valid prescription. The consultation process is there so that we can be confident that a medication will not cause further harm or be likely to cause side effects.

Pharmacy websites that do not follow these processes are not operating within the law. Additionally, impersonating someone else or lying about your condition to obtain a prescription illegally is also an offence punishable by law.

How will my order be delivered?
When you buy pain medication online from us, we will send your order by tracked courier. Medication will be delivered in plain packaging to ensure your safety and privacy. All orders approved before 3 p.m. on weekdays are dispatched on the same day and should arrive the next working day.

Orders placed outside this time will be dispatched at the next earliest possible time.

I’ve heard that generic medications are much cheaper. Why don’t you sell these?
Cheap, generic medications may not work, and may even be dangerous. Websites that sell them are putting their customers in danger.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price listed with the product is the total price you pay, and this includes your consultation fee and delivery cost.

What happens if the doctor refuses my order?
Then you will not be charged. Although we ask for your credit card details before consultation, this is merely so that we can verify your identity. You will not be charged until your order is approved.

If our doctor has deemed a certain medication as unsafe for you to use, we strongly recommend you visit the nearest doctor’s surgery or hospital so that they can provide a more suitable treatment.

What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for prescription products, or provide refunds. To do so is against the law.
The delivery driver called but I was out, What should I do?
Your driver should have left a calling card for you, requesting that you contact them to rearrange delivery. If the driver has not successfully delivered your order after three attempts, the order returns to us. At this point you should contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
